competent attorney

I highly recommend Ajay's services. I hired him for my H1B process. he worked with due care and diligence on my case and my H1b was approved even earlier than I expected. He was responsive to my questions and was really good at communicating. Absolutely recommend him.

I filed i-130, i485, I-765, and I-131 by consulting with Ajay k Arora law firm. I should say that this law firm is highly professional and knowledgeable in preparing documents and much faster in filing to the USCIS. My experience is very good with A K Arora law firm for their professional services. I... got my GC within 4.5 months of filing. Most important thing is Ajay replied my email for all queries within a day, which actually kept me out of confusion. I recommend to get their service for filing to the USCIS and best wishes to them.

Obtaining the Permanent Resident Card by filing through Ajay

I worked with Ajay on two occasions and on both occasions, he filed my cases perfectly. In the first case, he helped file my H1 through an employer. He coordinated with me and the employer in such a way that it was absolutely seamless. He got the company information from my employer and all the other... details to file the H1 from me. He also filed the H4 for my wife. Both cases got approved in a timely manner. The second time I applied for my wife's and my Permanent Residency. This was through the family route, and he filed all the petitions, I-131, I-765, I-130 I-485 etc. He prepared the paperwork and sent it for our signatures and then filed all the paperwork in a very professional manner. My wife's Green card and mine were approved. I would recommend Ajay very highly to anyone who wants to obtain the Permanent Residency or the required H1 visa to work in the USA. A very nice person, always willing to respond on emails and on phone calls. Very efficient in his work and he always finished his paperwork ahead of the deadline given. Ajay, thanks for helping us.

Attorney Ajay Arora impressed me with utmost professionalism, knowledge, and commitment. I had a terrific experience with Ajay and his team for my H1B RFE case which was regarding specialty occupation and maintenance of F1 status. His hard work to make my case strong and clear as much as possible ...was commendable. He and his team were incredibly responsive throughout the process, patiently explaining all details and taking the stress off my shoulders. In short, he can also be your therapist by answering all your questions promptly and patiently that will calm down your nervous energy. Highly recommended!
