I couldn't have asked for a better attorney for my divorce case. Jim took the time to understand how much my marriage meant to me, and how reluctant I was to proceed with a divorce. After my first meeting with Mr. Moloughney I knew he was the one to handle my divorce. He explained in detail what my options were and the costs involved. I'm in search of an attorney and I happened to find this site. Spoke to Mr. Moloughney for over 20 minutes on the phone...free of charge and he explained to me my options and why another attorney who lives closer to me would be able to serve me better. Even after saying that...he told me where to go ...and download forms that I would be needing regardless of who I went with but would help speed up the process for me.
