This was the worst. She didn't even read any of the MSA prior and tried to do some sort of marriage counseling! We were way past divorced and arguing about interpretation. Joan is a magnificent mediator. She listened carefully to our situation and was able to properly explain to us how to see the divorce from each others perspective. She explained how things would work budget wise and how the courts would probably view things if we were to go to trial. She made a diff...icult time and process smoother and easier than I thought it could be. She didn't just come in listen and tell us what to do, she educated us on the process and what we could expect down the line. Even after the divorce was finalized she was an invaluable source of information and advice on how to handle difficult situations as they arose. I could not recommend her more highly.
