Daniel J. Lane is a co-founder of Lane & Lane, LLC, and a highly skilled attorney practicing divorce and family law in Somerville and Somerset. Honest and Trustworthy

My wife and I had Daniel Lane write up our last will and testaments, living wills, etc. Being a father himself, Daniel understood our concerns and walked us clearly through the process, leaving us feeling confident our children will be cared for if anything ever happened to us. If peace of mind is what you are looking for, I recommend Daniel.

Highly recommend

Dan and staff were great!

Dan and his staff did a great job handling my divorce. Due to COVID my previous attorney bailed on me and Dan was able to take over my case and bring it to closure. Divorce Attorney Recommendation

Dan Lane represented me in my divorce. It was a difficult and complex divorce due to my compensation structure and other unique issues, but Dan was a pro. Level Headed Guidance

Award winning attorney and one can see why

Dan Lane was my third attorney in a Divorce case that my ex spouse was stretching in terms of time and cost for no real reason. I needed someone who would bring this to a closure without having all my savings evaporate. Dan was the right person for this – he was able to find gaps in the adversary’s lawyers arguments both in the mediations and the Motions that were filed and he did complete the case within the cost estimates he had provided. I had read that he won some awards and as the case progressed I got to see a few of his (award worthy) strategies that got the adversary into a corner! I would highly recommend him for any case related to Family Law

Took the mess out of the divorce process

Throughout the process, Dan constantly put my interests, goals, and objectives front and center. Overall, my divorce was amicable and Dan's advice kept us out of litigation saving trauma, anguish, and lots of money. I found that he lived up to his motto of Fair But Firm.

Excellent Law Firm

After consulting several law firms, I hired Lane & Lane to handle my divorce. Because Daniel Lane’s specialty is matrimonial law, I found him to be experienced and tough, but also kind and willing to negotiate to settle the dispute. Great lawyer!
