I hired Hanan to address an ongoing HR issue. Hanan listened carefully and reviewed the documentation that I provided him. He placed his focus on what was necessary to get the job done most effectively, efficiently and economically. I used Mr. Isaacs' firm to help me navigate a legal case in 2013 and I was very impressed. Hanan is a great lawyer who stood by me throughout the entire process. He is knowledgeable and quick witted and was a joy to work with. As a result, when I needed to navigate a more complicated issue this year,... I returned to his firm. Again Hanan stood by me the whole time. There are times when he tells you what you NEED to hear, and not what you WANT to hear, but that is his job. He cautioned me against actions he felt were too risky, and was a true advocate for what was truly in my best interest. In the end his council was the best route to take.

I consulted with Mr. Isaacs for a divorce mediation case. I was prepared to pay the consultation fee. The consultation went very well and I got a good feeling from Mr. Isaacs. A tentative game plan was discussed. The consultation exceeded one hour, but at no time during the consultation was I informe...d that the clock would keep running and the fee if I exceeded the initial hour. Be that as it may, I wanted to retain Mr. Isaacs and paid a double consultation fee. Subsequent days later, after speaking to my spouse about the tentative game plan, I contacted Mr. Issacs office about adjusting the game plan ie., which mediator. Mr. Isaac's's secretary, after speaking to him, informed that Mr. Isaacs had already set the game plan and would not be representing me. I was completely taken back by the response and the fact that he wouldn't speak to me directly but chose to have his secretary pass along the message.

Hanan is a very compassionate attorney, and also a tough one. He worked with me during an incredibly difficult life transition. He was always there - nights, weekends, whenever I needed help, he was there. Never pushed me, never told me empty words or set unrealistic expectations. He guided me on... the right path, allowing me to make the decisions that were right for me and my family, and working hard to make sure I got a fair outcome. I would not hesitate to recommend Hanan - he's awesome.
