We are very thankful to have had Michelle and her team, to work with on the sale of our home and purchase of our new one. This is my second experience working with Michelle and her staff on a for sale by owner closing. The team at Michelle's office were available and are very accountable. All calls are returned or serviced on first attempt. That has not been my experience with other real estate lawyers. My only wish... is she was licensed in Florida as well, as I would continue to use her on every sale/purchase. She comes highly recommended.
