I'm very pleased with her attention to detail. Even more so that there was a divorce involved. The communication was "on point" between ex spouse and I. Her team made it stress less for both of us in explaining the process through the sale and purchase of both our homes. Her follow-up was impeccable.... I knew through a past experience with Michelle Katz that I was going to get amazing customer service.. It was back in 2007 that I first found out how intense the firms work ethic and knowledge of real estate really was. We closed on our first home in Jackson, which she also helped us sell this pa...st year (2018), 11 years later! The response is always within 20 minutes or so- very thoughtful, which generally solves the questions or concerns.
