I have been practicing real estate law for over 25 years. I am licensed in both New York and New Jersey.
Being a solo practioner has allowed me to deliver personal service to my clients. I have handled very simple closings and very complex commericail transactions, and pride myself on great customer service no matter what the monetary value of the transaction may be.
I don't advertise and have built my practice on referrals from satisfied clients and realtor relationships.
I realize that buying and/or selling a home (or both) is a very stressful transaction and my goal is to make it as stress free as possible for you.

Highly recommend!
Michelle and her team made the entire process so easy. We only had to go to her office once to sign paperwork and everything else was able to be done via phone and email. This is our second time using Michelle and we will be using her again to buy our new home.
