I have been practicing real estate law for over 25 years. I am licensed in both New York and New Jersey.
Being a solo practioner has allowed me to deliver personal service to my clients. I have handled very simple closings and very complex commericail transactions, and pride myself on great customer service no matter what the monetary value of the transaction may be.
I don't advertise and have built my practice on referrals from satisfied clients and realtor relationships.
I realize that buying and/or selling a home (or both) is a very stressful transaction and my goal is to make it as stress free as possible for you.

helped with diffifcult closing
I hired this firm to buy a house in 2016. They helped me close a difficult closing. However, did give me mis-informations that could have cost me the deal and didn't allow me a real time closing. Sometimes, difficult closings have legal intricacies that make it difficult to accomplish a client's wishes due to legal constraints.
