I hired Michelle Katz to handle the sale of my 86 year old mother's home. My mom was nervous about the move and Michelle and her paralegal staff spent much time on the phone with my mom and guided her through what was the smoothest transaction ever! They always went that extra mile to ensure that ...my mom was fully informed with each step of the way. The staff was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable in all areas of this transaction. I appreciate the care my mom received and would highly recommend this office!!

I had a great experience with my real estate closing at this office! I signed on to write this review and was extremely shocked to see someone else had posted about their negative experience!! I had the exact opposite experience with this office. The office was very helpful and put up with a lot of m...y (sometimes crazy) questions! The paralegals were very knowledgeable, but when I need to speak to Ms. Katz herself, she always returned my calls. She was very patient with me and my husband and always made sure to explain the legal issues clearly especially when what we wanted wasn't always in our best interests. I would recommend this lawyer to anyone!

Had a horrible experience!!! No representation at all!!! She never returned phone calls, only the legal assistant MARIA who would not even address my concerns and NEVER answered any of my questions. Kept me in the dark. Very rude interactions with this office. Seemed to side on the other side mor...e than mine.

I used Michelle Katz on a short sale for my mothers estate. I have 2 friends that recommended her as well as my real estate agent. Her office made the whole sale go smoothly. I was very nervous but they answered all my questions and assured me every step of the way. There was very little that needed ...to be done on my end. The closing took place within 90 days of the time I listed the house. I would definately recommend her to friends.

Buying my first home seemed like a very scary thing to me. I didn't understand all of the terms being used and I was very nervous about making a mistake. A friend of mine who had recently purchased her first home recommended that I use Michelle Katz as my attorney. At first, I felt intimidated spe...aking to a lawyer but within the first 5 minutes of my initial telephone call, Michelle put me at ease, even insisting that I call her by her first name. Suddenly I wasn't afraid to ask my seemingly stupid questions. Maria was the paralegal assigned to my file and she was extrememly patient, friendly and knowledgable. I always thought that I was calling or e-mailing too much but both Maria and Michelle assured me that it wasn't a bother and very patiently answered all of my questions and concerns. I am delighted to say that I am now a homeowner thanks in large part to the efforts of Michelle Katz and Maria. I would definitely recommend them to all of my friends and in fact, I already have.
