My sister bought 2 Belmar rental homes and recommended Michelle. I have been looking for a shore home for the last 2years. My offers were accepted 4 times (four homes) but my inspection report findings on the first three were horrible. Michelle's office staff timely handled all aspects of the proces...s such that I met the deadlines to remove my offers and timely send in the deposit and timely adjust the contracts as needed.
