The Best of the Best

DUI/Traffic Violation Case

I experienced a blood alcohol level of a tenth above the legal limit, all while having three drinks. I was shocked by the reading, though I was dehydrated and didn't eat that day; I didn't think I deserved the 7 tix. I had an officer who wasn't the nicest person on top of it. Fast forward to the cour...t date, Mr. Shur found discrepancies and It was all dropped to a single ticket, and DUI wasn't one of them. I wasn't drunk nor did I deserve the extent of the tickets. Again, he found discrepancies which resulted in a single ticket that I deserved. Hire him - he may be able to have charges reduced to what is merited, and not what an angry, bald, short officer deems appropriate. Trust me, hire him and be your own advocate as well. Do not accept what was "handed" to you.

Excellent Lawyer

Put simply, if you are in trouble, you want this guy! My case was very complicated and Mr. Shur was able to handle every aspect of it with skill and intelligence. His work far exceeded my expectations as he was able to greatly reduce my charges in what seemed like a hopeless situation. I am very tha...nkful to have had Mr. Shur as my attorney. He is the very best at what he does.

2nd Amendment Win

I was denied a NJ Fire Arms ID Card. Mr. Shur pulled off what seemed to be an impossible win in this state. Brenden knew what had to be done and worked with an expert witness to get the job done. Very professional and very prompt answering questions and returning calls and emails.
