I am extremely grateful for the above and beyond service that Brenden, Stefanie, John, and the rest of the office staff provided me with for over two years during my case, never once asking me for any additional funds or asking/recommending me to take any type of plea deal. I was originally charg...ed with some serious and completely false criminal offenses ranging from aggravated assault on a police office and resisting arrest, to a disorderly persons offense.... not to mention that I was brutally assaulted and beaten by the police in the process and taken to the emergency room after arrest. (hence their trumped up allegations against me). Throughout the whole process from my arrest to the final not guilty on all charges verdict over two years later, Brenden always kept me informed, positive minded, aware of why something was happening, and stayed extremely detailed in my case and my defense. We appeared in court OVER 20 times due to numerous prosecution and court postponements, obvious stalling on the states case, and the prosecutor even called in "sick" twice during my trial dates. All the while he kept fighting for me throughout where as most lawyers I am sure after that amount of time would begin to ask for more money from their client, or recommend taking a lower plea deal to speed up the process. He stayed diligent and even excited to go through a trial on my behalf. He never questioned my story, the facts, or ever showed one once of doubt in my innocence. John Zarych himself even showed up to my final verdict day to show his support, comforting my mother who could not stop crying as the judge recited the graphic facts that had been revealed during my case. I would recommend Brenden Shur and the office of John Zarych Law to ANYONE facing the simplest of traffic tickets ,to the most serious of offenses with the utmost confidence and assurance that they will fight for your case with attention to detail, enthusiasm, and care that they did mine.
