Excellent Attorney!

After our son was arrested on burglary and drug related charges we were panicked and distraught over how to select a lawyer, especially since we were out of state. We were fortunate enough to find Zarych law firm and upon the first call their attorney Brenden Shur, was at the jail meeting with our s...on within hours. From that day on and over the next 6 month Mr. Shur was just terrific to work with. He was extremely responsive to all of our calls, kept us up to date as the case progressed, took time to explain each process in detail, possible outcomes and what to expect in court. Ultimately he was able to get several charges dropped and got probation for our son instead of jail time! He was always very professional, honest, and demonstrated compassion thru the whole process especially as we were also dealing with rehabs to address our son’s drug issues. In addition, the administrative staff at the law firm was just as efficient and professional. We would highly recommend Zarych Law Firm and working directly with Brenden Shur. We could not have been more pleased with the results and we thank you and your staff Brenden for all that you have done and making this process as painless as possible!

Nothing Short of a Miracle

Attorney Shur represented me on serious drug offenses, including a first degree charge for possession of LSD. The mandatory minimum sentence, if convicted of this offense, is 3 years of jail time with no option for probation or parole. The outcome, participation in the pre-trial diversion program, ...was nothing short of a miracle and a true reflection of the quality of Attorney Shur's reputation. From arraignment, to bail, to resolution, Attorney Shur was an aggressive advocate and obtained favorable results. Perhaps most importantly, he was responsive and patient during an incredibly stressful time. I cannot express my gratitude for all that Attorney Shur did for me and I would highly recommend him to anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation.
