I am a family law attorney with extensive experience handling divorce, alimony, child support, prenuptial and post-nuptial agreements, domestic violence, custody and parenting time issues both pre and post complaint and judgment, as well as modification of settlement agreements and court orders as to custody, alimony, and child support. I am also well-versed in military family matters and the legalities of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act, having handled many such actions to the satisfaction of our service member Clients. Additionally, I am experienced in Bauers actions, assisting many Clients acheive their goal of relocating out of the State of New Jersey with their child over the objection of the other parent.

Pro se seems better
Have been using Jeffrey and I’m not impressed. My ex is pro se and doing better than my own attorney! Telling me to calm down! I’m looking for a new attorney as I type this.

not that helpful
I paid Mr. Kerstetter about $7,000. He was not that bit helpful for my case. I sent him documents weeks prior to the court date and when we got there I noticed he was reviewing them there. I always had a feeling that he did not take the time to prepare for my case. He can be hard to deal with. I had ...

Replied last October 22, 2020I have NEVER collected a fee in that amount for a single appearance and I contest the entirety of this review. Having checked my records from that time period, there is no such fee taken in that amount at that time. Further, I have NEVER had only one phone call with a client prior to an appearance and I would not be reviewing documents provided mere weeks prior to an appearance on the day of the court appearance because if they had not ben submitted with the filing, they would not be admissible anyway. Sorry, I do not at all believe that you were a client of mine. I welcome you to call me and discuss this if you still wish to maintain that you were.
