Ahmed M. Soliman is an experienced civil litigator, with practices in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Mr. Soliman represents corporations, partnerships, public entities and individuals in various settings including federal and state  court litigation.

 

As a former judicial law clerk, Mr. Soliman was trained by the Administrative Offices of the Courts of New Jersey in Mediation and Conciliation Skills. Mr. Soliman had a 100% success ratio mediating cases in the New Jersey Superior Court Civil Part of Mercer County.

 

Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Soliman enjoyed a career as a journalist. Mr. Soliman has produced documentary films for PBS, and was a columnist for The Record newspaper in Bergen County where he wrote on a variety of issues including public policy, legislation and human interest. Mr. Soliman has been honored with a writing award from the New Jersey Press Association.

 
More recently, in 2013, Mr. Soliman was appointed to the New Jersey Supreme Court Civil Practice Committee, which is charged with revising the New Jersey Rules of Civil Procedure. Mr. Soliman has also served on the New Jersey Supreme Court Minority Concerns Committee. Mr. Soliman has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star for business litigation in New Jersey, and honored by South Jersey Magazine as an Awesome Attorney.

Exceptional attorney!
We had a very challenging frivolous lawsuit where we faced a six-figure liability, multiple charges and the plaintiff was hell-bent on extorting a major liability ruling. Mr Soliman helped us over a period of several months to work through multiple settlement offers (from us), even when we had done nothing wrong. Finally, the plaintiff forced a jury trial where we won unanimously on each and every count! At this time, we are looking at recovering damages from the other party! Thank you Mr Soliman!

Mr Soliman has met all of my needs. I have NO complaints! It was a pleasure to work with Mr Soliman! Unlike the attorney's I have worked with in the past Mr Soliman was honest, direct, and I was overwhelming happy with our communications. I was in need of an attorney to handle a tenent/landlord dispute. I did a search and entrusted Ahmed with my case. From the beginning he was a forthright, dilligent advocate on our behalf. The results were extremely positive. Mr. Soliman is exceptionally well versed in the laws pertinent to my case, and he is extremely hard working and professional in every way. I was kept up to date with all aspects of the case and i never felt anything except certain i had made a good decision regarding legal representation. Based on the results, my faith paid off. I now feel comfortable that i have a lawyer who will fight on my behalf should i ever need a lawyer again. Very effective and helpful
Ahmed was instrumental in resolving a dispute between me and my tenant. My tenant owed me money from failing to pay bills he was responsible for, which wound up having a lien placed on my property from the township. We wound up going to court, and throughout the hearing, Ahmed effectively used our contract to squash the tenant's ridiculous arguments/excuses. I am very pleased with the result.

Excellent Lawyer
I worked with Ahmed in one case and I was so panicked when I called him.
