Outstanding attorney who got us swift results

Mr. Panza helped me with an issue with a significant outstanding balance on a tenant account. Mr. Panza was effective in getting swift closure on the difficult situation; he came across as insightful, prudent, respectful, and above all fair in his approach. He was great at responding to messages/phon...e calls quickly and made himself available even outside of business hours when it was needed. His advice throughout the process was invaluable and I recommend him highly.

Tenant problem

Mr Panza is an excellent lawyer with years of experience. I would recommend him to anyone.

Amazing, Fair & Honest

I used Arthur on two occasions for two separate cases regarding landlord/tenant cases. The first case, he managed to get me almost 100% of my security deposit from the landlord after I unfortunately left two months earlier and broke my lease. The second case involved the landlord stealing almost 75...% of my security deposit and Bogus and BS accusations with very little evidence or proof. I immediately hired Arthur and we went almost all the way to trial until finally reaching a settlement where I received almost all of my deposit back. Arthur did all the work, filled all the papers and handled the entire settlement negotiations. He was honest and very fair about his pricing and even refunded some of his fees that were not used at the end of my case. Very professional, honest and I would hire him again.

I wouldn't hesitate to hire Arthur Panza!

I came to Arthur Panza with a tricky landlord-tenant dispute during the pandemic and he absolutely delivered for me--always with patience and a sense of humor. Would definitely recommend him!

Experienced, kind and very knowledgeable

Consulted Arthur recently for a landlord-tenant dispute. Very knowledgeable regarding the rights of both tenants and landlords. Arthur provided me with great detail and significant insight on how to pursue civil litigation even after a tenant left a residential unit. I am grateful for his dedication... and reasonable approach at problem solving. Thanks Arthur!!!
