I had been avoiding doing my will and estate planning for years--just thinking about it was overwhelming to me. When I met with Jamie she immediately put me at ease. She explained things clearly and answered all of my questions, some of them multiple times. Jamie understands the "legal quirks" of bei...ng in a same-sex relationship, but not married and addressed those concerns in my will and other supporting documents. She understood the importance to me of providing for my cat, should he survive me, and set up provisions for that as well. All-in-all, this was a much easier, more comfortable process than I expected and that is because of Jamie -- and her office staff who are also extremely pleasant and knowledgeable.
