From an elder law perspective, we offer an array of services. We prepare Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Health Care Directives for our clients. And, we help our senior clients preserve their assets and protect them from both estate taxes and long term care costs. Where a loved one does not have the necessary financial and/or health care powers of attorney in place, we help with Guardianships. And, for those clients needing long term care, we can handle the Medicaid application.

We assist clients with all aspects of estate planning. We consider both family dynamics and the tax laws to design a custom plan for each client. Specifically, we prepare wills, powers of attorney, health care directives and trusts.

When a loved one passes away, we assist with all aspects of an estate administration, including probate proceedings and estate and inheritance tax return preparation.
