I came to to Jamie for my estate planning because about 8 years ago my Mother and I came to her for my Mom’s planning. Jamie could not be more kind, explained everything so my Mom understood and when my Mom passed she helped me get through all my questions. So when it was time for me to make decisio...ns and plans I knew exactly who to go to and it was Jamie. We just finished signing my paperwork and I am confident I understand all that she explained to me. I would recommend Jamie to anyone who questions who I would recommend.

Jamie and her team were extremely responsive, professional, timely and detail oriented. She spent a lot of time carefully explaining all of my estate documents and answered all of my questions. I appreciated that she gave me options along with pros/cons. The documents were also very well prepar...ed, which, unfortunately has not been my experience with several attorneys at other firms. Newly widowed, I hired Jamie Morgan to write my will and trust for my estate. She thoroughly took the time to understand my current complicated assets, my family relationships and proposed a draft for a family trust. Jamie even clarified and corresponded with my financial adviser . Her pleasant per...sonality, ability to explain language and purpose , efficiency of producing a draft and gentle kindness to include my family won me over. She was very fair priced and never did I feel pressured by time or my request to explain something over and over again. Jamie was great using scenarios as examples to clarify her points. She made me feel safe in my decisions and wishes. The process was made easy. All aspects of my will and trust, powers of attorney, etc. , notarizing all docs and simple next directions for me to follow, were all labeled and put into a binder for preserved self keeping that any of my family members will need to understand in the future. I highly recommend Jamie as an estate planner and elder lawyer.

Jamie is extremely knowledgeable and explains to you everything you need to know. She is kind and patient and we never felt rushed. She has extremely good communication skills that enable you to understand what she is trying to explain, whether or not you already have knowledge of the subject.
