I had been avoiding doing my will and estate planning for years--just thinking about it was overwhelming to me. When I met with Jamie she immediately put me at ease. She explained things clearly and answered all of my questions, some of them multiple times. Jamie understands the "legal quirks" of bei...ng in a same-sex relationship, but not married and addressed those concerns in my will and other supporting documents. She understood the importance to me of providing for my cat, should he survive me, and set up provisions for that as well. All-in-all, this was a much easier, more comfortable process than I expected and that is because of Jamie -- and her office staff who are also extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. Newly widowed, I hired Jamie Morgan to write my will and trust for my estate. She thoroughly took the time to understand my current complicated assets, my family relationships and proposed a draft for a family trust. Jamie even clarified and corresponded with my financial adviser . She was very fair priced and never did I feel pressured by time or my request to explain something over and over again. Jamie was great using scenarios as examples to clarify her points. She made me feel safe in my decisions and wishes. The process was made easy. All aspects of my will and trust, powers of attorney, etc. , notarizing all docs and simple next directions for me to follow, were all labeled and put into a binder for preserved self keeping that any of my family members will need to understand in the future.
