My wife and I hired Dana for doing her parents' wills and helping with them applying for Medicaid when needed, which we found was very difficult, but with Dana's caring, calm and pleasant manner she made it so much easier. She usually answers her own phone when you call her (which is very unusual tod...ay) or gets back to you right away if she is able to. We spent many hours on the phone with Dana (evenings and weekends too!) working on all of the many questions that Medicaid had for us about my wife's parents’ finances and we were able to get my wife's father's Medicaid application approved the first time! (Her mother passed before she needed Medicaid.) My parents also applied for Medicaid but we were not able to get the application approved the first time which turned out to be a nightmare and their lawyer charged 3X the amount Dana charged! Dana is very reasonable! Wish I knew about her before my parents hired a different law firm! Dana is highly recommended!

We used Dana to create a special-needs trust. Her guidance, empathy and services were exceptional. It continues to be a relief knowing that my brother-in-law has this trust -- as figuring all this out is overwhelming. I plan on using Dana for our wills next.
