About Michael Bonfrisco
As the co-founder and managing partner in the New Jersey law firm of Simeone & Bonfrisco, Mr. Bonfrisco oversees a practice devoted to providing clients with the best in estate planning and administration. As an attorney in private practice in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, Michael Bonfrisco provides extensive estate and tax planning services to individuals and businesses. Mr. Bonfrisco has argued numerous cases before the NJ Supreme Court and NJ Appellate Division. His experience with estate planning and real estate foreclosures has made him a sought after authority, and he has been quoted by the Associated Press, The Press of Atlantic City, the Starr Ledger, The Courier Post, The Daily Journal of Vineland, The Bridgeton News and South Jersey News online. Mr. Bonfrisco is in his second decade of providing estate planning and probate legal services and has assisted hundreds of NJ and PA residents plan their estates.
He is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association, the Camden County Bar Association - Probate & Trust committee, the Philadelphia Bar Association and Pennsylvania Bar Association. He is also the only selected member of the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys in the South Jersey area.
Mr. Bonfrisco is licensed to practice before the State Bar of New Jersey and Pennsylvania, The U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the U.S. District Court of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Education
As an undergraduate he was a Dean’s list student at Rutgers University School of Business, where he graduated with a B.S. degree in Accounting. After business school, Michael attended Widener University School of Law, graduating at the top of his class. Mr. Bonfrisco is currently attending Temple University School of Law for an advance certification in estate planning and Master of Laws in taxation.
Personal
Mr. Bonfrisco has resided in South Jersey or Southeast Pennsylvania for almost 25 years. He currently lives with his wife and son in Richboro, Pennsylvania just minutes from New Jersey. Michael and his family enjoy all that the Delaware valley has to offer, from summering in Ocean City to culture and cuisine in Philadelphia & New York City to hiking and camping in the Delaware River water gap.
