Auto accident

Name: James Tranberg Email: [email protected] Phone: 973-3771345 Location: 23 Greenwood ave Madison NJ 07940 Description: I was in a accident on August 28th 2021, the driver of the other car said I cut him off, this was not true his car was 500 feet behind me where he said I cut him off but I... could not proof this and he could not proof I cut him off, there were no witnesses. The police officer said he did not know why but the thinks something happen when I pull out of the parking. In his report he said I was at fault. Can a accident be reconstructed with Google be done and can it be used as proof of what happen at the accident? I consulted with a lawyer and he it would cost me more then the Insurance Co Is charging me and I should contact The New Jersey Department of Banking & Insurance I called them, but they said they were unable to help me. Thank you
