Over 30 years experience in employment litigation cases that comprise trials and appeals in discrimination, harassment retaliation, whistleblower retaliation under New Jersey law and federal Dodd-Frank Act, breach of contract, and restrictive covenant cases.
Has been selected as a New Jersey Super Lawyer by his peers for Plaintiff's Employment Litigation since 2005 and AV Pre-eminent rated by Martindale-Hubble. Certfied Civil Trial Attorney by the New Jersey Supreme Court of New Jersey, 1999-present. Elected as a Fellow to the College of Labor and Employment Law in 2014. In 2017, was selected as a Best Lawyer in Employment Litigation--Individuals and Labor and Employment Law and was named as a Tier 1 Best Lawyer Employment Law Litigator on behalf of Individuals in 2018 for the New York/New Jersey area.
