I have worked with Mr. Ritte on three separate occasions. I have always found him to be all of the things listed above and more. He is extremely easy to talk to, and does not overload you with a lot of legal jargon. He has always been responsive to my calls, if not able to take my call, he gets ba...ck to me in a very reasonable and timely fashion. He has been extremely organized, making our recent closing as smooth and easy as I could ask for. Even though he has a pleasant manner about him, he stands his ground when the opposing attorney gets too assertive. His billing is clear and concise, and I feel his fee schedule has been very fair. I felt that I was charged very fairly, and not nickeled and dimed for every email or phone call. Something I find appalling by other attorneys I have worked with.
