Excellent attorney for child custody and support agreements

Richard Wiener offered me expert advice and solid legal counsel in regards to NJ child support and custody agreements. I felt I was well represented by someone who understood my concerns and how the law would apply to my situation. Richard offered a fair and balanced approach while maintaining an agg...ressive stance in the midst of an emotionally charged situation. I would not hesitate to recommend Richard to family and friends in need of a top notch attorney.

Representation at it's Best!

Unbelievable support and ability to make you feel comfortable by Richard A Wiener, at a very stressful time in my life. My appreciation for his continued support and guidance during the process for my Divorce can not be expressed in words. He is the best in what he does and totally prepares you. But ...most of all he encourages you to have a positive mindset and to have hope for the future. I am so thankful that I had him in my life representing me during my most difficult time. I can not recommend this lawyer highly enough. If you are in need of legal advice regarding Divorce or Family Custody Battles make Richard A Wiener your first call. I would certainly recommend Richard A Wiener to anyone seeking the highest level of service beyond compare.

custody battle

I went through a very rough divorce to have joint residential and joint custody, which the battle had to be rehashed when our shared child needed an actual address so she can attend school. Richard Allen Wiener was handed an extremely complicated case when I hired him. I put my trust into him as th...is depended on getting residential custody of my child and having her put into the home that she will get the attention and medical needs she deserves. Rich was by my side and knew which angle to go and what witnesses we needed to win our case. Rich also had my ex husband's witnesses making us look good by being knowledable with his cross examinations. It feels so good to know that Rich truly was not on my side and not on my ex's side but truly fought for my child. After the custody battle was over I won and Rich knew he had won an extremely hard long battle for my child and for all the right reasons. We all are very thankful to Richard Wiener it was a tough battle and he truly stepped up.

Restraining order and no contact order

Richard Wiener is the finest attorney I have ever met. He was a great help legally when my ex fiancé and I split up in terms of keeping me informed every step of the way and being available 24/7 to answer questions. He was prompt and diligent in all of his work and his costs were extremely reasonab...le. I have since referred him to a co-worker of mine who was amazed at his work as well. I would happily recommend him to ANYONE who needed legal advice or counsel. I can't say enough kind words about him.

Very caring, honest, professional and an incredible advocate!

Richard stood by my side and helped me understand the process from start to finish. When I walked into his office, I felt like he truly wanted to help me and also get the best care I could. He was encouraging with his advice, respectful, patient, professional and thorough. This was a very hard tim...e in my life, and he made me feel at ease and well taken care of. He was very honest and informative and handled everything in a timely manner. He was quick in answering emails, texts, returning voice mails and always took time to listen to me. He always kept me up to date with detailed bills so I always knew where I stood, as well as did not overcharge me and was very reasonable when invoicing for his time. I would definitely recommend Richard and thank him dearly for all the care and diligence he put into my case.
