Not only did we win the case on summary judgment and get it dismissed, but also, the plaintiffs' lawyer had to pay to me all of my counsel fees.

After a 2-day trial in which father's doctor was called to testify, court agreed that father's real injuries prevented him from working as a mason, and significantly reduced his child support. Court also admonished mother from interfering with father's communications with the children.
