I actually met Michael in 2001 when I bought my first house and he was the seller's attorney. I was so impressed that when I bought my new house in 2017 I retained him. Coincidentally, my real estate agent also independently recommends him to all of her client. He and his staff are exceptional. They are very knowledgeable, professional and personable. They handled a few sticky situations with relative ease. I highly recommend his firm.

We bought a home in Freehold today and Michael Gutman's office was integral in getting us to this day. Between email support for any question we had, to phone calls from us at any given moment this office helped us every step of the way. I endorse this lawyer. I practice primarily in family law cases and divorce. It is not uncommon for one spouse to sign over his/her interest in the marital house to the other spouse, or for one spouse to buy-out the other spouse, or to simply place the house on the market for sale. In each of these, I have referred my client(s) to Michael who has handled the title transfer or refinance or sale with perfection. The clients are well cared for, and Michael knows exactly which documents (deed, affidavit of title, etc.) are needed for each situation.
