We really couldn’t ask for better attorneys! Rich Lomurro was referred to us in 2018 after my husband was injured in a bad car accident. A dump truck crashed into him on the NJ turnpike, which resulted in severe neck and back herniations and multiple surgeries. I dreamed of the day I would get to review Rich for how he handled my husband’s case. None of us, including Rich, anticipated how long and complex the case would become. My husband was charged with a 3rd degree crime that was upgraded to a 2nd. He has no prior criminal history but we were skating on ...thin ice because he is not a citizen yet and was in process during the case. Rich is an ultimate strategist that can see potential in situations most would never imagine. He is tenancious and brave when it comes to doing what is right. He never took the easy road, never encourgaed us to take a deal that would render my husband deportable, even though it would have been an easy option for him. He knew that a family would be broken up and justice would not be served. Rich fought on when no one else would have. He out manuevered the opposing counsel on many occasions. He also had a very relatable demeanor in the courtroom which made his case so much more clear. Because of the intersection of immigration and criminal law, Rich worked seemlesssly with immigration counsel to assure every move we made was the best for both situations. At all times, he was available to speak, explain, reassure, or just comfort us. He knew how scary this was and never once lost sight of that. Over the course of this case Rich became what feels like a friend. Ultimately, Rich saved our family and we will never forget that.

Richard comes from a family of great lawyers, and I see him becoming the best of the best. He represented me on a very serious charge at Monmouth Superior Court, I had 3 other lawyers basically tell me I was going jail, NOT Richard, he sat me down, most importantly calmed me down and with in 2 min ...he had a plan of action. When your jammed up like I was , you need someone like Richard who sees all the angles, thinks outside the box and won't stop till he wins. The 1st plan didn't work bc of a conditional discharge when I was 19 years old. Thank god Rich had a plan B, C & D and was able to miraculously get me off of a Felony charge and have it thrown away. He also tried a little case for me, in which he showed up to the court room and in 2 minutes everything was dismissed!! Richard was worth every penny and more importantly I made a friend through out the process of him saving my life. More importantly he took the time and really helped me turn a corner and live a better a life. There are no words to describe how amazing he was. In the court room, Richard is held in very high esteem, everyone knows him, and because he's the best at what he does!! His assistant is on point also, really an articulate women who always made sure to stay on top of me, she will have answers if Richard is court. I definitely see Kristen as an up and comer, she has the right leadership and always friendly, but most importantly very knowledgeable!! Richard is the only lawyer I confide in, he's always sharped dressed with a great attitude!!
