Mr Peter Ledermen has represented me in my second DUI case. The first was 10 years ago. To say the least I was ashamed of my second offense. This time the charge was even more serious with a Bac. Of .17 and 7 other tickets. Not only did he show the willingness he had 10 years ago when I first hired h...im but still had the professionalism and expertise in handling my second offense as the first. The outcome of the case was outstanding . He had the DWI offense dismissed. I was only charged for reckless driving and one other ticket. A failure to produce documents. I highly recommend anyone without any doubt to have the Ledermen and staff represent you in DUI or Dwi offenses. You will be treated with respect and compassion. You will be so relieved with the results that the court in your area will give you. Just give the Peter and staff to represent you and you will not be disappointed. I must start this this review by mentioning his terrific staff. Jessica and Noreen were both skilled and patience with my anxiety and numerous concerns over my D...UI, which were rescheduled several times. Peter was able to have the DUI dropped to reckless driving, open container in vehicle and 3 month suspended license. Refusal to breathalyzer and several other charges were were removed and saved me from numerous addition fines. During my initial phone call to Mr. Lederman, he came across as compassionate and explained the process and implications very clearly and I decided to hire him to represent me immediately - a decision that was key to a successful outcome for me. His deep understanding and tremendous knowledge of l...aw enforcement procedures was clearly demonstrated when I joined him to review the Discovery documents that were submitted. He was methodical, took copious notes and pointed out things that he could use in my defense. His staff was able to work off his findings to prepare a comprehensive set of additional requirements for the Prosecutor to address. During my initial hearing, the Prosecutor asked the court for more time. Then Covid hit and my next hearing was after a full year had passed since the event. Again, Mr. Lederman prepared me for the hearing, gave me suggestions and realistic options. He also followed up separately with the Prosecutor. In the end, I was tremendously relieved that I received a highly desirable outcome than what could have been a far worse nightmare. We all make mistakes, and I made one back in December 2019. After the holiday party with my friends, I drove home, not realizing I had to drink more than I should. My BAC was 0.16..not great at all, to say the least. I hired a different lawyer, much cheaper, which was a HUGE mistake. You pay for what... you get. Soon after, I fired the lawyer and went to Mr. Peter; he was extremely understanding and clearly explained the consequences and pointed on my case's weaknesses. Due to the covid, my case was rescheduled many times and today was a day of a trial. Mr. Peter was able to DISMISS my DUI case, and we didn't even have to do a trial at all!!!! I couldn't believe that! I walked away with reckless, 90 days suspension and a small fine with no DUI record on my case! I am so happy and so grateful I went to him.
