I was pending a my 3rd DUI court case in South Jersey when I received a 4th DUI after being pulled over for speeding with only driving lights on in North Jersey. I posted my 3rd DUI result in a previous note. These cases were running back to back. Peter, is an expert at working out a win win situation that is favorable for his clients. I was able due to Peter focussing on the facts of the case with the prosecutor to walk out of court on my 2 offense in NJ, with a careless driving, not a wreck less but a careless. Peter is very blunt, however... he knows dui law, period. A lot of prosecutors do not want to go to trial with him because it will be a death match. Peter and his team are amazing! They are responsive, caring and straight to the point. I am extremely grateful to have been referred to them. Peter took what would have been a 3rd DWI and by being extremely knowledgeable he looked at every and all aspects of my situation as a whole. He was able to fi...nd found that I wasn't properly counseled on a prior almost 10 years ago, so by knowing the laws and realities of it all we were able to get that offense vacated and turn the 3rd into a 1st. I was referred to Mr. Lederman from a family friend. I have never been in trouble with the law prior to this incident so I was very nervous and scared because I risked losing my career and my livelihood. Even though this was my first offense, I had a very high BAC and was looking at a lost of licen...se for a year with interlock. Mr. Lederman was able to rule out the breath test and through persuasion was able to get me the minimal penalties of 3 months lost of license with minimal fines. Mr. Lederman is an expert at what he does. He is very honest and explains your case step by step. He does not sugar coat anything and tells it like it is. However, If there is a way to get you off he will. I recommend Mr. Lederman whole-heartedly if you find yourself in my same predicament.
