I met Pete back in the ‘80’s when I went to court to plead not guilty without a lawyer. The judge started reading me the riot act, and to my surprise, Peter stood up, interrupted the judge, and stated that he is now representing me. We did beat the case and had it reduced to careless driving. At that... time it was allowed to negotiate the charges. Because of this man’s ethical integrity, I have always referred him to my friends. I remember this like it was yesterday, even though it was 40 years ago. Mr Peter Ledermen has represented me in my second DUI case. The first was 10 years ago. To say the least I was ashamed of my second offense. This time the charge was even more serious with a Bac. Of .17 and 7 other tickets. Mr. Lederman and his staff were amazing. Mr. Lederman took the time to truly understand my goals and then based on my goals we discussed various potential paths and outcomes.
