I was facing a tough DUI case and going into it I didn’t see a light at the end of the tunnel. This wasn’t my first DUI but it WILL be my last. I was facing a possible 3rd DUI. I could not be more greatful for the outstanding work Peter did on my case. My job is driving oriented. And a DUI is something i just could not have. My cause however was not your average DUI, and there was not to much in my favor. As you read this review know that there is hope, there are options, and all of us here have gone through this. If you told me 7 months ago there's light at the end of the tunnel I would laugh at you, but with this man there is. I was in your shoes, coming home one day with my mailbox filled with 'c...aring' mails from other lawyers offering help. I thought my mail man hated me. But they were all the same sleazy promises. I knew better so I did my research, I KNEW I wanted a lawyer that ONLY did DUI's. Mr. Lederman has handled over 4000 cases, this man lectures about DUI, he's literally pushing to reform the law. I meet with him and at the point I knew my life would change. Between the alcohol counseling, the real advice this man gives, and work HE makes you do to build a case for YOU it will change you. It's this weird sense of self realization, owning up to your actions. Mr. Lederman doesn't promise an outcome but he will literally find every single flaw in the case. When I first received my DWI, I was terrified, I thought I would lose my license, job, and overall, my humility. The weekend after I was arrested, I met with Peter that Monday afternoon, after doing as much research as I could over the weekend, looking for the best DWI lawyers in NJ. I was pulled over by NJ State Police with a BAC of .17, which is nearly double the legal limit. With this I fell into the Teri 2 category where it was a mandatory 2 years loss of license, interlock device in my vehicle, 48 hours of IDRC, and up to $1,000 in fines. Hired Mr. Leaderman asap and abo...ut 9 months later I was convicted of a reckless driving ticket and received only 2 months of suspension. And that's it!
