I was facing my second DUI along with a refusal and an array of other charges, 5 all together. I happen to be looking on this site that I am writing this review on, in search of an attorney that wouldn't just take my money like my first DUI I faced. I happened to stumble on Mr. Lederman's reviews an...d everyone seemed satisfied by his performance, so I decided to meet up with him, and he was very upfront and honest, and did not promise me anything, but I did feel like he would give his all in my case. Here I am almost a year later facing a 4 year suspension, and over 10 grand in fines, and today I walked out of court with a 6 month suspension, and under $300 in fines. I just want to say thank you to Mr. Lederman and his paralegal Jessica, for never giving up. To all the people that are reading this, not only is Mr. Lederman the greatest lawyer, he really cares about your well being and safety.

I received a 2nd DWI in a matter of 3 years with a BAC of .16 which is double the limit. I was in need of an excellent lawyer who could help me win my case and pervent me from 2 years loss of liscence, community service , alcohol programs and an obudence of fines. Peter was able to get my DWI dismiss...ed. I ended up getting a careless driving with a 9 month suspension. I could write a book about how grateful I am for finding Peter Lederman. I was facing a 2nd DUI with refusal, and reckless. Look no further than Peter Lederman when it comes to DUI! He is pricier than others but he is without a doubt worth every penny. I did a lot of research online which led me to Mr. Lederman. I met with him and also a few other attorneys, but none of them gave me the peace of mine Peter gave me upon me...eting him. He is very blunt and thoroughly explains everything in detail about the process, pro's and cons and possible outcomes. He makes you do some "homework" and complete a few tasks but it's nothing major and all for your benefit in court. I had a BAC of 1.2 and I was facing about a year & a half of suspension for DUI & leaving the scene of an accident and ended up having all charges reduced to a careless driving and a 60 day suspension. The day of court the judge even congratulated him for doing such a fine job, and when we walked out two of the cops came outside in awe and shook his hand and said they've never witnessed that.
