A year ago I was facing a (second offense) DUI charge in in a school zone (which doubles the penalty), with failure to submit Breathalyzer test, blood drawn and numerous other point-related offenses, on top of it all I also had a very bad driving abstract, I knew I was facing life changing charges.... Mr Peter. Lederman represented me in my dwi case, for a small town in nj called South river. My case dragged out for a couple weeks short of a year. As with any serious matter in life, obviously it was stressful and nerve wrecking from the moment I was charged with a dwi to my final court date. Everything was on the line for me, my job, my apartment, my livelihood. I had no clarity whatsoever due to this case. I blew 2.5 times over the legal limit. To make a long story short i was hoping for anything, but a dwi conviction. We aimed for a wreck less driving and I walked out with a careless driving conviction. Which is better than a wreck less driving ticket and obviously ten times better than a dwi conviction. If I could have fast forwarded from the time I met him to my final hearing, I would have paid him DOUBLE what he was asking. I did the same thing your doing now, I looked him up, I read these very same reviews that I'm writing, and that's why I decided to meet him. HIRE PETER! And most importantly follow the steps he asks you to take. Obviously everyone's results will be different, but I can guarantee you his results will be much better than you anticipate, and better than anyone else you could potentially hire. First of all let me say this is going to cost you $$$. When you add up all the costs for a DUI vs mr Lederman they are probably about =. This was my first arrest for DUI in New Jersey, but third in my lifetime. Upon meeting with Mr. Lederman he seems extremely confident almost arrogant. (For good rea...son) He can walk the walk! Mr. Lederman attacked the entire traffic stop video supplied by the state. After our meeting, gave three options. He followed through on all of them. In the end something he noticed the officer say, almost got mu DUI thrown out completely. End result= Reckless Driving, 30 day suspension on a 3 DUI. Even the Judge had to make a point on record, stating he had never heard of this in 30 years. You will put in work, counseling, meetings, etc. if you want him to do what he does. No free ride. But it was worth every penny. As a consequence I no longer drink as well. Summation- 180 days in jail and countless fines/classes etc vs. 30 day licence suspension/200$ fine and road to recovery. When you get a DUI you wonder if you should pay a little extra to hire a lawyer when you're fairly certain you're going to be guilty.
