I was in a jam. I was accused of a crime that I didnt commit. The worst part of it was the fact that my ex father in law was the accusing party. Divorce is hard enough to deal with. Having to deal with crazy ex family members is another story. These are people that I once loved, which made things har...der. I had an issue with my ex father in law on my own property. He made up a story and I was charged with harrassment in Freehold Twp. Not only was I innocent but I was perplexed on how I could be charged with a crime like that on MY property. I needed justice. So I went to Michael Grasso. He laid out the charges to me and we started on the defense. Luckily I had video taped the entire encounter and used that as evidence of my innocence. Michael presented everything to the court and with his expertise the prosecutor dropped the charges. This was after my ex father in law pressed for a trial. I walked out of court redeemed while my accuser walked out dejected and beaten. Not only was his story a complete exaggeration of the truth, it was an outright lie. I am not a review person, but this deserved my review.

Mike is flat out a life savor! I clearly drank too much at a buddy's house got into my car and drove it into a tree, totaling the car. The officers on the scene thought they had an open and shut DUI since I was staggering all over the place and blew a .13! But thanks to the magnificent work of Mr. Gr...asso I was able to get the DUI dismissed and only got a reckless driving 45 days loss of license. Not to mention I just started a new job and was in danger of losing it if I got a DUI. So Mike not only got me out of the DUI he also saved my job!

I was going through a very difficult time not only just losing my husband, my mother in law, but my house as well. First let me say that Mr Grasso is the most down to earth and truly caring person I have ever delt with. I had a speeding ticket, 112mph in a 45mph zone and a wreakless driving on top of it. I first had a different lawyer and went to court, that lawyer had a deal made with the prosicuter for me to lo...se my license. I disagreed with that and then found Mr grasso. The man is a pitbull, not only did he save my license, but I only got 4 points and a $300.00 fine including court cost. He is unbelievable. He will be only lawyer that me and my family will ever use again. If you use anyone else other than Mr Grasso to represent you, you are risking the best possible outcome for your case. I hired mr Grasso after reading all of his reviews and recommendations given to me by others that had used him. I needed help with a dog bite case and wasn't sure if he got involved with these matters. Fortunately , he was willing to take the case, and I'm sure glad he did. He went out of the way tre...ating ours dogs as if they were a family member, and made sure that everything was going to be ok. It's rare that justice is found in cases with dog bites, but Mr. Grasso made sure everyone understood the facts and how the dogs natural instinct of protection was the reason my wife and son ended up unharmed.
