I hired Mr. Grasso for my second DUI offense as I had hired him for my first one eight years ago. My first one I refused to blow which is an automatic 6 month loss of licsense in NJ on top go the penalties I was facing. With the expert testimony he used he was able to throw out the failure to blow an...d I only lost my licsense for 3 months. A miracle worker, I was so happy with the result. Now eight years later I unfortunaetley got pulled over on the fourth of July 2021, around 1 am (when no one should be driving anyway since cops are just looking for people on that holiday). I got hit with another DUI charge and was arrested in Hamilton, NJ. I hired Mr. Grasso again because he is the best attorney around and had complete faith in his practice. Of course it took some time with the court considering the in person trials with the virus, etc, but with his experience and the team he uses with the experts he has involved completely tore apart the case.
