Michael Grasso is the best attorney around. This is the second time that I have used him for a domestic violence case. The first time was to get a final restraining order against an ex who would not leave me alone in 2011. So now in 2014 my ex filed a motion to dismiss the restraining order and of co...urse being I am recently married and moved, this guy now knows where I live and for some reason he won't leave me alone. Well stressed beyond believe I contacted Mike Grasso in the evening and he told me to come in the next morning. The next morning I took all of my paperwork with me and he could see I was visibly stressed and I didn't want to deal with it. So we went to court and again Mike showed up and kept me calm and assured me again that we got this and he was going to HAMMER my ex. Well we were the first case and sure enough Mike put it to him. The outcome was the judge kept the FRO in place without any questions and awarded that my ex pay all of my attorney fees. I was floored and super impressed that we got my ex to be ordered by the judge to pay my fees. All I can say is that dealing with this issue with my ex for a few years now I am only confident in using Michael Grasso as my attorney.
