Mr. Grasso helped me during a most difficult time of my life and especially most difficult year of my life . I was presented with some serious legal challenges and all I can say is during the whole time this man represented me, I didn’t have to worry about anything. I was being charged with DWI, open container, failure to report, refusal to submit chemical, leaving the scene, reckless operation, and had an obstruction charge. I know alot of clients try to sugar coat their lawyer but I must say he turned out to be better than I thought. Michael Grasso was very upfront and very educated about the law and the strategy he will have to practice to win my sons case which was refusal of the breathlyzer. A family friend recommended Mike after I was arrested for a DUI following a 3 car accident. I was facing 7 months loss of license and the installation of a breathalyzer.
