Michael was great to work with. He was very personable but professional at the same time. We threw out 25 years NJ state prison time total. And saved his drivers license for 3 years. No probation. No community service. Just PTI and guaranteed eligibility for expungement next year. I would recommend ...him to anyone he helped me immensely and was very much a friend while doing it. I was facing with 3 felony counts of theft, facing 8 years in state prison. I was in a panic to say the least, looking for and talking to a lot of lawyers, but didn't feel comfortable, until Mr. Grasso, I felt comfortable and important when i met with him, I felt as though he related to my situation,... and had my best interests at heart. Where do I start? I’m someone who has never gotten in trouble in my life with the law. My case is probably the craziest case a lot of people have heard in a long time. I had a restraining order against me from my wife, I had a 3rd degree terrorist threats charge and TWO 2nd degree eluding charges. My... case was extremely complex because it lead from an arguement to a 10 mile police chase with NJ state troopers between two different counties and multiple towns creating a nightmare. I had 20+ tickets from the eluding which could have caused me to lose my license for a very long time. I was facing 13 years NJ state prison among a lot of other factors. This all happened December 2017 and the case finally got settled in August 2018. I had a couple of different attorneys to choose from when this first started but something told me to go with Michael Grasso, so I did. When you’re life is on the line, you want to make sure you choose the best lawyer possible for a case. From the time it started, it was like a checklist of stuff to get done. The restraining order was first, Mr. Grasso has that dismissed in the beginning of January, that was done. The next thing was my 3rd degree terrorist threats charge, he got that taken care of around May. That was dissmissed against me. Phew. The next and BIGGEST thing was my TWO 2nd degree charges stemming from the police chase. The end result of this was 36 months of PTI, 5 points on my license and no loss of license at all. I had to pay $125 fine and 40hours of community service. I didn’t have to do any jail time, no loss of license and the tickets got dismissed along with the dismissal of the 3rd degree terroristic threats charge and dismissal of restraining order. Once I complete the PTI, I will be able to file for an expungement to have it taken off my record like it never happened. In the end, I never thought that Michael would be able to pull this off but he has TRULY SAVED MY LIFE OVER AND OVER. If you feel doubtful about hiring him, don’t!
