I was introduced to Carrie and Anthony at Mr. Men’s Right’s Divorce & Family Law by Schultz & Associates by a friend who had previously used their services. The recommendation was glowing; almost too good to be true. I had already lined up two other consultations, one with an attorney recommended thr...u my job and another I found on Avvo, so I proceeded with my due diligence, meeting with two other law firms prior to meeting Anthony and the team. Immediately during the first phone call with the intake specialist, It was immediately apparent why they had come so highly recommended. They were thoughtful and meticulous in their attention to the details of my case and I hadn’t signed a retainer yet. As I sat down to meet for my consult, they opened the conversation by proposing an agenda and it started with: “How was I doing?”, “What immediate needs did I have as a Person?” And “What was my desired outcome? During my other consults, the law firms I had met were only interested getting to a settlement versus understanding the case, its merits, and get me to sign a retainer. The team cared about all possible outcomes: dismissal, settlement and trial. They discussed all scenario’s and most importantly focused on the impact all outcomes would have on me personally and professionally. They understood that the most important outcome was what was in the best interest of my 2 yo daughter. The team also provided information on statewide services to assist me as well as a calendar of activities and events which I’d come to utilize to make the most of my limited visitation time with my daughter. Further they offered advice on my personal growth and recommended a number of available programs which I could partake in. Mind you, this was all during the initial 1 hour consult (which lasted longer than that as they left no stone unturned). I left without signing a retainer, as they laid out a strategy which would allow us to understand the adversaries position without jeopardizing my case. After my 1st court appearance, the outcome of a dismissal did not materialize, so I returned to sign my retainer and the team immediately got to work on my case. Reiterating again, they could’ve signed me during the consult, but they cared about my financial situation and didn’t want to needlessly waste money if I wasn’t going to need their services. Within hours of retaining their services, the team immediately began reaching out to the adversary to try to reach an out of court settlement. That was no easy task as the other attorney was unengaged and aloof. The adversary also failed to return calls and respond to emails. Without their persistence, I don’t believe any communications would have occurred, leaving us at a disadvantage going into a trial. But the diligence paid off, and we were able to plan what was ultimately a successful defense for trial. While I am obviously satisfied with the outcome of my case, I can without any hesitation say I’d offer the same review had the outcome been different. Clients become extended family. Throughout the roughest days, I was reassured by steadfast communications - even going so far as to come in on a Sunday evening because he had been in court ALL week - to consult and prepare me for trial. In court Anthony ran circles around the adversary. It was major league players versus high school junior varsity players. Anthony researched all relevant cases, finding specific, like for like to my case, Appellate court rulings to bolster our case. He knew exactly how to press key witnesses and when it wasn’t in our best interest. He had also taken the time to get to know me, so that during trial prep, he could focus on my weaknesses and play off of my strengths as a witness. Google “the best signs of a successful business” and near the very tip of all lists you’ll ‘repeat customers’. As I have a long way to go with phase 2 of my divorce - I will be using Anthony and the team

It is very hard to find an Attorney with so many great qualities, but I would say that Anthony's biggest quality is how Humble he is. This allows him to always listen without jumping to conclusions been able to get the whole picture and represent you better. He is patient and will explained everythin...g in detail. He answers all your concerns and is there for you every step of the way. Anthony did and Excellent job with my Parental relocation and even thought the other party put up a fight, he remained always calmed and positive and performed his job in a very professional way. I hired Anthony as the lawyer on my divorce case earlier this year. Anthony really is an amazing lawyer. I had spoke to a few other lawyers before choosing him and he was definitely the right choice. Anthony was always available to answer my questions immediately. I was really surprised how quick he ...answered my emails even at night or on the weekends. He always was very patient with me even when I would get frustrated with my ex husband's lawyer. Anthony always keeps his cool and really does try to make his client happy. I was initially scared to work with a lawyer because I thought they weren't honest. I truly believe Anthony is a very honest lawyer and wants the best for his client. He is very personable and relatable so it makes it easy to work with him. My divorce was finalized in less than 4 months. I was happy my divorce was over but sad to stop working with Anthony because he was so nice. I would highly recommend working with Anthony on a divorce case as he has a ton of patience and knowledge in the area. Although Anthony is young I do not see that as an issue he was better than my husband's lawyer who owned his own firm.
