He is a Genious! I'm an Immigrant and got a DUI for the 1st time and have been to Jail for a few hours to take the breath analyzer. I was totally in a panic state, I don't know what to do, what are the consequences, what happens to my future. After my friend bailed me out started researching the law...yers. I have met New Jersey's top lawyers and almost everyone said what would be the consequences but I was not confident and not comfortable with the lawyers I have met. But I was lucky enough to meet Mr. Warren S Sutnick! He is a true gentleman, I have mailed him my tickets after a few days he asked me to visit his office. He was very polite and said the same consequences which I heard before but he was upfront what would be the results and I was ok with that. I was amazed by the way Mr. Warren has handled my case, I just only went once to the court and that's the final hearing. I refused the breath analyzer which was a serious issue and I was nervous about it but those charges have been removed and my license was suspended only for 3 months. I was super happy with the results. I will surely recommend if anyone of my friends needs legal help in NJ. Warren - YOU ARE AWESOME!

Firstly, I would like to point out that I was never asked to write this review but I am providing it willingly and completely voluntary. If you are reading this review then you most likely have had an encounter with the police and are thinking about wether or not to obtain a lawyer and if so are ...attempting to research to the best of your ability, which individual can provide you the best legal services with the best outcome. Every case is different but I would like to share my experience on this review to help any others out there possibly going threw anything similar. In September 2019 I was driving back home from a family gathering in NJ to my home in NYC when a NJ State trooper pulled me over and detained me for DUI including a refusal to submit to a breathalyzer and about 6 other driving infractions. If you’re still reading this then your likely at this stage in your incident. You’re probably anxious, paranoid, sleepless, and many other emotions of which I felt for the on going months of this process. When I met Mr. Sutnick he understood every bit of these emotions and he assured me he would fight hard for me to achieve the best possible outcome which he did. I noticed Mr. Sutnick was an exceptional professional in court because of how revered he was by his peers. There must have been three dozen lawyers present in that court room but no one was being approached in an informal manner. Only Mr.Sutnick. He obviously very well knew the prosecutor, judge, and the court staff. This immediately put me at ease due to the fact he apparently had a good relationship with all the personnel Vs. all the other lawyers which waited on a line with a piece of paper to be seen. He was very well known and respected. Ultimately, Mr. Sutnick was able to get almost everything dismissed and my NY license was unaffected in my home in NYC. Mr. Sutnick was flexible to work out payment arrangements. And with his client portal system was always able to quickly respond and address any questions/concerns I had. Mr Sutnick was honest, caring and truly wanted to do the best for me and my family. He is also a DUI EXPERT (just research his accolades on his website). He’s helping me with any questions or concerns I have along the way until this whole ordeal is behind me. Hopefully I never have to retain his services again but if I do I know exactly who to go to and recommend anyone going threw such mischief to at least have a sit down with him. You’ll see what I mean once you talk to him. I usually don’t rate on google because I’m more of a yelper but I give Mr. Sutnick 5 stars for the 5 star service I received on any platform. During a very uncertain moment and unsure if a pending third party matter would have a negative effect in my life I turned to Mr. Sutnick for answers. Based on reviews I expected a true and knowledgeable professional. What I didn’t expect was so much empathy and reassurance during a phone call. ...While I may not need to hire him for this particular matter Warren is now on speed dial and I can recommend him to just about anybody during a difficult time. About 2 months ago, I was anxious to find an attorney to represent me. In a sea of lawyers and tons of reviews, I came across Mr. Sutnick, who promptly returned my message, and listened patiently to my story, that has been developing for 3 and a half years. Unfortunately, it would not be feasible f...or him to manage my case and he kindly recommended me another lawyer who was very experienced in cases like mine, a real sweet heart, but far from my area, making it not possible for her to represent me. Mr. Sutnick is just genuinely kind and concerned. He was trying to help me, even though he would not benefit in any manner from my case. He is simply delightful to talk to and a very nice person, just the kind that, you wish, could represent you in any case. I finally found a lawyer near my area and after a period of high anxiety, my case was dismissed.
