WORKERS COMPENSATION

Excellent negotiator.

If you are injured and looking for a good lawyer, the Law Offices of Kaplan & Kaplan, P.C. is the place to go . As soon as you walk in, they get straight down to business. My experience with the Law Offices of Kaplan & Kaplan, P.C. was exceptional from start to finish. The office staff and Ken the ...lawyer were all very professional and kind, and handled my case expeditiously. Ken won me a settlement and I was very happy He was very knowledgeable in my work related injury. He studied my paperwork and let me know that I had a case worth perusing. He was patient and organized and went over everything explaining it in detail to me. Whenever I had any questions and I called the office, they answered me promptly or called me back in a timely manner and patiently listened to me and answered all my question. Communication was great as he kept me informed and updated with every process of my case. He was very professional and efficient. If I ever need a lawyer again, I would not hesitate to call on Kaplan & Kaplan, P.C. Law Firm. Professional Problem Solver

I cannot speak highly enough about Ken Kaplan, Esq. He came to the aid of a family member when other avenues failed. He was professional, kind, and available. He kept us updated and pursued the issue until it was resolved. He did that within 2 days of contacting him. Dealing with bureaucracie...s can be challenging. It is also frustrating, especially when a beloved family member is hurting. If you have a need, I highly recommend Mr. Kaplan. I am grateful to him and his wonderful staff for the comfort and resolution they provided.
