I had the absolute pleasure of retaining the services of Mr. Warren Sutnick. Having a DUI case was one of the most difficult moments of my life and disrupted my work as well as my family. I retained Sutnick and Sutnick in mid-2019. My allegations included two felonies, a DUI, three criminal violations, and about 3 moving violations/traffic tickets. At the time I also had an opening A Misdemeanor case in NY. Laura appeared with me at my first two court dates; first in Superior Court an...d afterwards when we got good news that the case would be dropped down to Municipal Court. On my third and final Court date, Warren took over. He was able to negotiate a plea with the DA that included NO CRIMINAL CHARGES (with Laura's help behind the scenes I'm sure, as she worked on the majority of my case). I couldn't have imagined that kind of result in a million years when I was initially handcuffed with one hand to a bench on the ground at the local precinct. I can't express enough gratitude to both Laura and Warren for their hard work, effort, and determination, which ultimately gave me my life back. One final thing I'd like to make special note of is Warren's professionalism and clear experience handling himself in the Courtroom. When I appeared at my last Municipal Court date, he had already worked out the plea agreement, he made a special point to tell me I'd be appearing in front of a pretty strict judge, and he gave me specific pointers on how to respond to lines of questioning. After the plea was worked out, Sutnick & Sutnick were even able to pay my final fees to get my driving privileges back without me having to take public transportation from NY to NJ to pay in person; I was able to pay from the comfort of my home and finally put the entire nightmare behind me. I really cannot thank both Warren & Laura enough and I would absolutely recommend them - without any hesitation - to anyone facing an open criminal case in NJ.

Just wanted to share my wonderful experience with Sutnick & Sutnick. My significant other was charged with an aggravated assault even though no one was physically hurt. He is a very professional, friendly, well-dressed, knowledgeable and straight-to-the-point type of guy. I immediately knew when he laid everything out on the table so simply for us that we would choose him to represent my spouse's case. Warren communicates very well, so we knew well ahead of time when we would be expected to show for a court hearing. We had several court hearings, the beginning was tough because of the nature of the case, but Warren never gave up on this case. He did not take no for an answer and he certainly saved my spouse from having to accept a plea on a felony or misdemeanor. Although we were hoping for a dismissed case right away, we were still given a great opportunity for my spouse to enter the PTI (Pre-Trial Intervention) program at a minimum of 6 months to 3 years (depending on restitution pay-off date). Needless to say, we worked hard on repaying that restitution within the 6 months and Warren was very prompt at that 6 month mark to file for termination of PTI being that all requirements had been satisfied. We were expecting a hearing on September 7th to terminate PTI and dismiss the case, but it was able to be settled and terminated outside of the courts earlier than we expected! This case is finally dismissed! This is all amazing news. I really honestly couldn't say enough good things about Warren and his firm. He heard our story, he fought for us the whole way through even when we got push back from the Prosecutor and Judge, he just never gave up! Another notable thing I observed when we went to each court hearing is Warren shows up to each hearing early, always extremely presentable. When you go into a court room with Warren, he really puts all the other representation to shame in a good way! All the other Attorneys I felt looked a bit unkempt for the occasion. Warren is always extremely professional and he uses his voice and words well in a manner that is totally respected by the Judge and Prosecutor. I would recommend over and over again if you ever get in any kind of trouble, you never really know how important it is to cover yourself and get representation in the event that something does happen. I can assure you if I did not hire Warren that the outcome of this case would be far different. It would not have been as forgiving as it has been. I surely hope we will never have to use a service like this again, but if I do, the first person I would call is Warren. He is the best, you just have to see for yourself! Warren and his team are extremely professional and experts in any law case from bottom to top case it they always there on time and follow up with you and help you with the best outcome .
