I must sincerely thank Mr. Tadd Yearing, who voluntarily and so graciously gave of his precious time on a weekend, when I had an important and timely matter to discuss. He returned my call swiftly, and reviewed the necessary paperwork, and got back to me the next day, and I was not even his client at... the time. Mr. Yearing is so wise and extremely knowledgeable in family law, and most importantly he truly cares. He is a very good and genuine person, who will give you an honest opinion, and who is definitely not out to take your money for his services, unless it is necessary or beneficial for your case. Tadd has been amazing the last 6 months helping me go through a very messy and nasty divorce. He has given me phenomenal legal advice and representation protecting me in all shapes and forms from extremely vindictive people. He really knows what he’s doing and never failed to keep me up to date with ...anything that changed or would be going on with the court process. Overall he is a great lawyer and such a nice person to deal with especially during such a stressful and depressing time. At first Tadd was terrific. He defended me on a TRO on short notice and won. Then he was to represent my Mom on a divorce case and seemed to want me to do all the legwork. Not sure if it was the distance he had to travel for us or just disinterest when one of the parties passed away but he just faded... into the sunset. Great guy but can't sincerely recommend him.
