Biography
I am Jason T. Brown, a former FBI Special Agent and Legal Advisor and the head of Brown, LLC. I lead a nationwide litigation firm representing whistleblowers, employees, consumers, and injured individuals in complex, high-stakes cases.
My principal practice is whistleblower law. I represent individuals who expose fraud and corporate misconduct under the False Claims Act and other federal and state whistleblower programs.

Before entering private practice, I had the honor of serving this country as an FBI Special Agent and Legal Advisor. That experience taught me how to investigate complicated facts, evaluate evidence, work with government agencies, and remain focused when the stakes are high.
In private practice, I have litigated and tried cases in state and federal courts throughout the country. I work with experienced attorneys, former government lawyers, investigators, experts, and other professionals when a case requires additional resources or specialized knowledge.
Cases involving me, Brown, LLC, and the litigation teams assembled for those matters have produced more than $1 billion in aggregate settlements and judgments. Representative public results include:
• Assistance to the Department of Justice in the historic $950 million Raytheon resolution, which included a $428 million False Claims Act settlement
• Representation connected to the Walgreens resolution of up to $350 million
• A $140 million False Claims Act judgment
• A $100 million pharmaceutical product-liability settlement fund
• Numerous eight-figure recoveries in False Claims Act, class action, collective action, consumer fraud, product liability, and serious injury matters
• Judgments awarding the maximum damages permitted under applicable law

Ninja Kick-Ass Lawyer
Mr. Brown took a very complex matter I had and simplified it for the court, but complicated even more for the jerk defendants and their evil lawyers. Very capable and personable attorney.
