Jason T Brown

I'm a 49 year old male, Divorced twice, two children and a business owner. I have dealt with a couple of attorneys in the past. Last year I was introduced to Mr. Brown and his firm. I have never felt the need to post anything before now, but, an Attorney that actually cares, answers his phone, calls you back and listens, is hard to find. ( It was all new to me! ) Jason and his team will change your mind about how a law firm should treat people.

Jason is sparkling in court. He is animated intelligent and articulate. I found it remarkable that when speaking with him he is very calm knowledgeable and reassuring without the arrogance you say in other attorneys. That is until he needs to turn it on and he does shine as methodical as you would expect from a former FBI guy. I was part of a class that he recovered millions for and was extremely impressed by his representation. (but please change your photo here Jason!!! it does not do you justice)

There are laywers that will bill you and screw you and there are lawyers that care and get results. I had not money to pay an attorney and Mr. Brown took my case, and cared about me and resolved the matter in short time. I am still greatfilled and think he should be a perfect10. I know in the same time period he saved my hide, he also settled a large class action, so the guy know what hes doing.

Mr. Brown took a very complex matter I had and simplified it for the court, but complicated even more for the jerk defendants and their evil lawyers. I had many attorneys who wanted huge money up front and who wouldnt even return my calls because this case was going to go the distance no matter what. Mr. Brown even returned my call during the weekend while he was traveling with one of his cases. In court he was dynamic and and out of court, two steps ahead of everyone else. He got me an OUTSTANDING result and even though I'm no longer his client and he's moved on to much bigger cases he still takes my calls and patiently works me through all my legal issues

The major fact that we were disputing this debt was the fact the interest rates the original creditor was charging me were beyond the legal rates allowed by NJ plus a number of other facts. Well long story short, the attorney on the other side (can we say) was just a tad intimidated by Jason and we ended up Settling this $6,000 plus debt for $1,000.00 in lieu of not taking the case to trial. Jason is a ferocious "analytical" animal who is very astute and beyond well informed of the law. But beyond his abilities as a legal eagle I am happy to say that he is truly one in a million.... Jason is an amazing person with a huge heart who you can tell care and takes a genuine interest in your case and will fight to the end in your best interest to try and get the best results for you. There is without a reasonable doubt I will continue to recommend Jason to anyone and everyone in need of an attorney.

Mr. Brown was very responsive. He even communicated with me on weekends. He is knowledgeable and knows the nuances in law that can make or break your case. He had great presence and was effective in court as well. I felt fortunate and relieved to have his representation.

Mr. Brown is an excellent attorney. He is a rarity. He makes time to call you back and accomodate your schedule, such as on the weekends or late at night. He was very upfront with me about the law and my case. He is intelligent and methodical and it was no suprise to me when I just read on AVVO that he just recently settled a case for 2.4 million dollars. I strongly recommend him for your case, whatever it may be, and I hope your experience will be as positive as mine was.

Sent an email - got a response the next morning (very fast). Wasn't the type of case he handles - based on his reputation I would have liked Mr. Brown to represent me in the Trademark dispute.

Rushed through the discovery with me. I asked if they had thought through my case and had any questions. They said no and pushed for me to sign document to retain their services. Once document was signed, they asked for all evidence and information on the case. Only after they read through everything, then they called to reject my case. Was a complete, unnecessary waste of time that could've been avoided by doing the proper discovery instead of rushing to confirm my business.
