Worked hard to earn my respect
I had previously written a negative review about an experience with this firm. Since then Jason himself worked to understand, review & rectify the scenario. Ultimately I did not end up retaining their firm but they have since earned my respect for being honest, customer centric and intelligent.

Wasted my time by being too rushed to close business
Rushed through the discovery with me. I asked if they had thought through my case and had any questions. They said no and pushed for me to sign document to retain their services. Once document was signed, they asked for all evidence and information on the case. Only after they read through everything...
