I made a huge mistake many years ago that resulted in a 3rd degree felony sex offense conviction and requirement to register under Megan's Law. The weight of this supervision destroyed my marriage, career and nearly my life. The attorney I initially used never explained any of the ramifications of ...this sentence to me or the severity of its imposition on my life. Just recently I became eligible to be removed from PSL and the Registry. There were 2 attorneys who are well known in handling cases such as this, but I did a little more research and I decided to contact Jim.
