Very effective and efficient

Mr. Genitempo did a superb job getting a fast settlement from a former employer who hadn't paid me a five-figure amount, even though the former employer said that I had done a great job for them. His fees were very reasonable and he was very responsive. He was recommended to me by another lawyer. ... I am very grateful.

No good attorney

He leave clients in limbo. Very unprofessional . I will not recommend . Because he is unfair and unreliable to his clients.

Unprofessional and ineffective

This man is a poor excuse for an attorney. He’s a disgrace to the profession actually there’s nothing professional about him. He’s condescending and ineffective. His lack of professionalism is astounding. Perhaps he should retire. I’ve done more in my own than through his council. He should be asham...ed of themselves.

Do not never trust a lawyer.

Alan Genitempo is a dirty lawyer, he is a corrupt attorney, he sold my case to the company, the company corrupted him. He took my case to represent me. I signed all the retainer agreement forms. His secretary Kimberly Angelone sent me 3 emails messages informing me that Alan was preparing a lawsuit ...for me, he was working on my case, not to worry about it, she was on top of the things, she said Alan will file a lawsuit before my federal charges expire. Alan Genitempo turned around, and let my federal charges expire after 90 days ( EEOC charges ), and told me that he has a lot of time to file a lawsuit, not to worry about it. Alan Genitempo and his secretary Kimberly Angelone stopped answered my phone calls and responded to my emails for 3 months, and then one day Alan sent me an email not to call his office anymore, I am disrupting his staffs. Alan and Kimberly never told me the status of my case for 3 month .They wasting all my time for my case to expired, and then at the end of my case, Alan Genitempo sent me a letter telling me that he is not taking my case, to look for another lawyer. Alan Genitempo is a crooked lawyer, he stole my case, he is very very bad and dangerous . I was very shocked, surprised, and confused when I received that letter, I could not believe, I thought I was dreaming. The United States is the most corrupt and racist country in the world, people will do anything for money. Stay away from this lawyer, he is not good. Do not never trust a lawyer.

No response from Alan

I have only dealt with lawyers regarding traffic tickets before this and am a little inexperienced. I attempted to contact Attorney Genitempo regarding my case regarding employment law. He agreed to meet with me and was very knowledgeable about my case specifics. He was very frank and honest and I le...ft with a good opinion. He said the next step was to sign the retainer agreement. The agreement was not emailed to me until a week later when I emailed him asking if he sent it. I called his office once and left a voicemail as well as a message with the receptionist asking him or his secretary Rodriguez to call me back regarding some questions I had, but no one did and I refuse to play cat and mouse with an attorney who charges $300/hr. I am very disappointed with the lack of professionalism in this office and have now decided to switch attorneys.
